At the beginning of year 2025 in January, we delivered an air-cooled type heat pump constant temperature and humidity machine to Ha Noi, Vietnam. For this model, we can say it air conditioner as well, because it is one type of an air conditioner which contains an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. It controls the temperature and humidity of a room space, remaining the air temperature and humidity at a required level. Please view the specifications as below:

Before this item shipped out, we conducted a comprehensive testing on it. 100% of the products must be tested well and get passed before a shipment, this is one of the rules of our factory. The following photos are showing the test site, meanwhile there is another foreign customer is watching the entire process of test.
Our Vietnamese distributor has a professinal and well-experienced team who does a good job on the installation. The below photos are showing the installation is finished. The indoor unit is placed on the 2nd floor while the outdoor unit is on the ground floor outside of the building. And he said this machine serves a Korean-owned factory which is built in Vietnam. The Koreans always request high quality on products, so we're an appropriate manufacturer. Here we reiterate our policy of after sales service & warranty:
1) Remote Guidance Free Cost:If any problems on the machine, we'll do remote guidance telling what to do by video call, phone call, text (if the buyers don't speak English, we'll use auto translator in our chat group)
2) Core components 1 year: If the machine broken within 1 year, our company will offer core components with free cost, but transportation cost should be at buyer's expense
